The Amphora from the Castello Di Lispidas 0.6 hecta-acre vineyard is a White Wine made from a blend of Friulian and Ribolla Gialla. This wine is cultivated according to the criteria of natural agriculture, in which the vineyards are about 20 years old. All grape harvesting is done by hand and fermentation occurs in buried terracotta amphorae without temperature control and with maceration on the skins for 6 months. Aging takes place in terracotta dolia for 8 months without filtration or clarification.
