In the heart of the Portuguese region of Bairrada, and exactly in the areas of S. Mateus and Valdazar, Tiago Teles and his father began to breed their vines, following the integrated cultivation method, in full respect of the biodiversity of the region. Bairrada Tinto “Gilda”, it is pressed and left to ferment in traditional lagar, typical cement tanks historically used to crush the grapes from which Porto wines are obtained. The Bairrada Tinto “Gilda” wine, by Tiago Teles, matures successively for eleven months in 300-liter eighth-passage oak barrels. It’s a red for all seasons, to drink with friends in joy and carefree.
