In the heart of the Portuguese region of Bairrada, and exactly in the areas of S. Mateus and Valdazar, Tiago Teles and his father began to breed their vines, following the integrated cultivation method, in full respect of the biodiversity of the region. Harvested in the first week of October, the grapes of alfrocheiro and alicante bouchet, pressed in the typical Portuguese lagar, are fermented and left to mature for six months in steel tanks. The “Maria da Graça” Bairrada Tinto, produced by Tiago Teles, is young and informal, versatile and excellent to uncork for the most convivial occasions.
