Description
Giacomo Boveri is a Piedmontese reality that has lasted for more than two hundred years and several generations in the heart of the Colli Tortonesi hills and which today is headed by its namesake owner and enthusiastic vigneron. Wines of the territory and of great character, processed in compliance with the typical varieties of the area and with minimal impact in the vineyard and in the cellar. Barbera “March 19, 1878” is the “house wine” in the best sense of the term, the wine that bears witness to the company and its history. Fermentation in steel and aging partly in steel and 30% in large barrels for 3/4 months.
