Bianco “Stravino” Pravis DOC 2014
The name evokes one of the characteristic villages of our valley. Born from the Riesling, Incrocio Manzoni, Chardonnay, Kerner and Sauvignon grapes. Grapes harvested in different times and ways. Some varieties are harvested after adequate over-ripening in the field, others vinified only in oak barrels, others in steel. Different grapes, further diversified. To get only one wine. And what a wine! Rich, intense in its aromatic personality, full, persuasive, opulent in every other organoleptic component. Supported by a stunning balance, for a conservative wine. Unforgettable.
