Bianco Trebez Dario Princic IGT 2012 Riserva

The farm of Dario Princic is a small company located at the foot of the mountains that mark the border with neighboring Slovenia; from there you can see the two Gorizia, the Italian one and the other, Nova Gorica, Slovenian. The hectares composing it are about 10 of which less than 6 vineyards; the terrain is the classic clay-limestone. This special version of Trebez comes from an old vineyard populated by several white vines, produced with maceration on the skins for 18 days and maturation for 4 and a half years in large barrels. It is a white wine with an intense golden color tending towards amber, with great aromatic richness and complexity.
