Forlì Bianco “Brò” Noelia Ricci IGT 2017

The Noelia Ricci winery was founded in 2013 at the historic Pandolfa Estate by Marco Cirese. Located in Fumana di Predappio in the province of Forlì, this winery is 250 meters above sea level between red clay soils and a very high concentration of sand. The “Brò” of Noelia Ricci is pure Trebbiano. The fermentation takes place in steel and the Trebbiano must macerate for 6 months with the skins of Bombino Bianco (“Pagadebit”). Aging takes place on the fine lees for 6 months and 2 months in the bottle.
