The “Alla Costiera” winery extends over five hectares of volcanic soil. The name “Alla Costiera”, in addition to being inspired by the fact that the vines are exposed to the sun, comes from the word “costa”, which in local jargon identifies the place where the company is located. The Carmenere of the Alla Costiera winery is a medium-bodied red organic wine, aged for at least 10 months in cement tanks and bottled without filtration. Like all the other wines of the “Alla Costiera” company, this Carmenere is also excellent, balanced and elegant.
