Champagne Brut “Carte Noire” Jean Paul Deville

The story of this small Verzy producer, in the city where Jean Paul Deville has its fashion house in the center of the AOC Champagne, is a story steeped in respect for tradition and quality viticulture. Just 20 kilometers southeast of Reims, the capital of Champagne, these vineyards grow on a hillock. His Champagne, “Carte Noire,” uses a Champenoise method in which the second fermentation takes place in the bottle. The “Carte Noire” immediately proves a work of excellence, a persistent and refined Champagne that is surprising and interminable at every sip.
