Chardonnay “Ca’ Michiel” Villa Angarano IGT 2013

It starts with a selection of the best chardonnay grapes, which are vinified in steel and fermented at a controlled temperature. The aging is then carried out in small oak barrels, on the lees for six months, and a further four months of bottle aging complete the picture. Simple ingredients and simple recipe, but excellent result, which takes the name of “Ca ‘Michiel”, Chardonnay del Veneto labeled “Villa Angarano”. It is a very pleasant white, soft but fragrant at the same time, rich in fruit and satisfying.
