The Ciliegiolo, probably the progenitor of the Sangiovese, is one of the vine varieties that most represents the Tuscan Maremma. It is refined exclusively in steel and proves young and characteristic, far from excesses of a too accentuated softness, but fresh and lively, rightly structured, very drinkable and pleasant.
