From a hectare of forty years old vines, located in the locality “Le Coste” of Monforte d’Alba, are harvested the grapes with which the winery of Principiano Ferdinando vinifies this Langhe Nebbiolo DOC “Coste”. After a fermentation with maceration on the skins without added yeasts, it ages for ten months in steel tanks. Young and easy to drink, it proves to the sip as original as quality.
