Aglianico “Le Fole” Cantina Giardino IGT 2015

The Cantina Giardino was born from the passion for wine of a group of friends with the aim of enhancing the native vines of Irpinia and the ancient wine making traditions. From 2003 to today, the winery has stood out for its production of territorial wines obtained from high-vine lives, some even over 40 years. Aglianico, a typical variety of the Campania area, is vinified naturally with the addition of a small part of sulfur, fermented with native yeasts, matured for six months in large oak barrels and for another six months in steel, and is bottled unfiltered.
