Monferrato Rosso “Malidea” Iuli DOC 2018

The Iuli winery is a small co-op founded in 1998 and located in Montaldo di Cerrina in the province of Alessandria. The Red Monferrato “Malidea” comes from the vineyards located south of the Lower Monferrato and planted with Barbera and Nebbiolo. The vinification in steel takes place at controlled temperature, with the use of only indigenous yeasts, and with maceration on the skins for 10-12 days. The refinement was carried out for about 28 months in new French oak barrels.
