Malvasia Passito “Vigna del Volta” La Stoppa DOC

After the harvest, the Malvasia and Muscat grapes are left to dry on the sheets in the sun for about 15 days. Subsequently crushing takes place, and fermentation takes place only by natural yeasts. Matured for ten months on fine lees in French oak barrels. It is considered by some wine critics as one of the best twenty Italian sweet wines. Certainly it is really a good drink: try it for yourself.
