The “Biological Hill” is a small foundation of Abruzzo designed by Francesco Cirelli, Tommaso Turci and Domenico Francone with the aim of promoting and encouraging a natural agriculture. The vinification of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo occurs with a spontaneous fermentation on the skins for 2 weeks, while the aging takes place in steel tanks for 6 months.
In Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC, all these natural features are flanked by an overwhelming drink.
