Pecorino d’Abruzzo “Machaon” Ausonia DOP 2018
The “Machaon” Pecorino is a native variety of the hills of Abruzzo. Its vinification takes place from a fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts and aged for 6 months in bottle, all following the principles of biodynamic agriculture, without the use of added yeast or filtration.
The company was founded in 2008 thanks to Simone and his wife Francesca who together have realized their dream: to give life to a wine that is not only good, but that manifests its specific identity.
