23

The careful selection of the grapes precedes the fermentation with maceration on the skins, which takes place without added yeasts. The maturation period is one year in French oak barrels and six months in bottle and steel. The Sicilian Terre Pignatello IGT “Rosso di Marco”, from the Marco De Bartoli winery, is made from black perricone grapes, also called “pignatello”, vinified in purity. Easy to drink and versatile, it is perfectly enjoyable even by the most delicate palates.
