The Iuli winery is a small co-op founded in 1998 and located in Montaldo di Cerrina, in the province of Alessandria. The vinification took place in steel at a controlled temperature, with the use of only indigenous yeasts, and with maceration on the skins for 10-12 days. The refinement was carried out for about 16 months, first in barriques and second in French oak.
