Primitivo Fatalone DOC 2012 Riserva


The Primitivo Riserva di Fatalone Petrera is one of those wines that, once tasted, is hard to forget. A Primitivo in purity with great structure and charm, it is one of the most important red wines in the whole south of Italy from a historical vine of which there are testimonies from 1230. The Primitivo Reserve of Fatalone Petrera comes from certified organic agriculture and is eco-sustainable. The fermentation is spontaneous with short maceration in steel. Aging is 12 months in steel, then 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels of 7.5 hectoliters, and last, 6 months in bottle.
