Recioto della Valpolicella DOC Corte Aleardi 2013
The classic Recioto doc of Valpolicella is a dessert wine. The vines are selected and set to wither on
trellises until February of the following year. In February, they are severed and softly pressed. Fermentation takes place at low temperature slowly during the winter. The aging takes place in Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months.
