Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore “Godenza” Noelia Ricci DOC 2017

Noelia Ricci is located in the Romagna hills of Predappio, Valle dei Rabbi. This winery was born as an ambitious project within the Pandolfa company led by Marco Cirese. The Godenza is made from pure Sangiovese grapes that come from vineyards on soils of calcareous origin with the presence of marl. The vinification is spontaneous and takes place in steel tanks. Godenza continues aging for a period of 7 months in steel and 6 months in bottle.
