A metodo classico with good structure and persistence. Great for food pairings throughout the meal. The Calatroni winery is located in Montecalvo Versiggia, in the heart of the Oltrepò Pavese. The vineyards are cultivated at an altitude between 180 and 320 meters above sea level, in an area particularly suited for the cultivation of the typical vines of the area.
