Description
The Foradori winery was founded in 1939 in Mezzolombardo, in the province of Trento. Elisabetta Foradori took the reins of the company in 1984, after finishing her studies at the enological school of S. Michele all’Adige. Driven by a strong passion and an unconditional love for their land, Elisabetta has imposed itself from the beginning to recover what is one of the oldest native vine varieties of the area, the teroldego, trying to develop ways to enhance this grapes, and then make it able to express the territory and its most sincere and genuine character. After all, we find labels that respond to the names of “Morei”, “Sgarzon”, “Granato”, “Fontanasanta” and “Fuoripista”. Bottles in which all the best essence of the Trentino territory is contained, daughters of what is the most profound knowledge thanks to which we have come to grasp all the subtle differences present in nature, while at the same time also preserving to the maximum the character of the fruit and the identity of the place of origin.
Triple A
“A” as Agricoltori (Farmers) – only those who cultivate the right vineyard can ‘establish a relationship between man and vine, and get a healthy and ripe grapes exclusively with natural agronomic interventions
“A” as Artigiani (Artisans) – we need “craft” methods and skills to implement a winemaking and winemaking process that does not change the original structure of the grapes, and does not alter that of the wine
“A” as Artisti (Artists) – only the “artistic” sensibility of a producer, respectful of his work and his ideas, can give life to a great wine where the characters of the territory and of the vine are found
