Vin de France Rouge “Vent d’Anges” Mas Zenitude 2013

Elegance and refinement are the two main connotations that distinguish the Vin de France Rouge “Vent d’Anges”, labeled Mas Zenitude. Born from Carignano grapes in purity, which give the wine an immense thickness thanks to the age-old vines from which they come. Aging of 11 months in cement tanks, to respect the integrity of the grapes to the maximum. A wine in which the fruit is found in all its complexity, with an unparalleled structure. Fascinating in all its slightest organoleptic nuance, it can very well be sipped as a meditation wine, perhaps letting it oxygenate a couple of hours before tasting it.
