Vino Rosso “Umberta” Iuli 2018

Cascina Iuli is a small cooperative founded at the end of the nineties in Montaldo di Cerrina, south of the Basso Monferrato. The winemakers and winemakers run by the oenologist Fabrizio Iuli, following the principles of organic farming, certified, with full respect for the territory. “Umberta” is a red wine produced by the Piedmontese Iuli winery. The vinification took place in steel at a controlled temperature, with the only use of indigenous yeasts, with maceration on the skins for 10 days. The refinement was carried out for about 10 months, always in steel.
