Inspired by Italy’s aperitivo culture, Ernesto is Florence’s 1st bottled low-abv Negroni imagined by sommelier Coral Sisk and made by craft distillers in Florence using over 30 botanicals including juniper, artemesia, cardamom and bitter orange. This earnest Negroni is a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic for a lighter drinking experience, ringing in at the same ABV as a glass of wine (13.5%) but with Negroni’s pleasant bittersweet profile. This ready-to-drink cocktail is composed of the Negroni’s cornerstones using low-alcohol gin, non-alcoholic distilled aperitivo bitter and vermouth. Serve chilled over ice, garnished with citrus. A perfect entry point for curious drinkers hosting an aperitivo, stash in the fridge for occassional nightcaps or take long to picnics.
