We are not exclusively a natural wine bar. Our philosophy is first and foremost about artisanal wine and small producers: every bottle in our selection comes from carefully chosen independent wineries where craftsmanship, territorial identity and quality are at the heart of the winemaking process.
Within this broader selection, natural and low-intervention wines play an important role, and we are proud to offer one of the best selections of natural wines in Florence, alongside traditional, organic, biodynamic and terroir-driven wines.

Our selection is entirely focused on small, artisanal wineries. You can discover Tuscan and Italian wines from independent producers, indigenous grape varieties, lesser-known appellations and wines deeply connected to their territories.
Some of these producers work organically or biodynamically, some follow natural or low-intervention winemaking philosophies, while others take a more traditional approach.
What connects them all is not a single winemaking philosophy, but their artisanal scale, independence, quality and strong connection to their territory.
From sparkling wines and elegant whites to orange wines and complex reds, every bottle is personally selected by our team.
Natural wine is an important part of Vino al Vino, but it doesn’t define our entire selection.
Over the years, we have built one of Florence’s most distinctive selections of natural wines, ranging from iconic producers to small emerging wineries from Italy and abroad.
At the same time, our cellar includes many artisanal wines that are not necessarily classified as natural wines. Our priority is to work with small, independent producers making authentic wines with personality and a strong sense of place.
For us, artisanal wine comes first. Natural, organic, biodynamic and low-intervention wines are different expressions within this broader philosophy.
Our sommelier-led wine tastings are designed to introduce guests to the diversity of Italian artisanal wine.
The tasting includes 5 wines for €25 — typically one sparkling wine, one white, one orange wine and two reds.
Rather than focusing exclusively on natural wine, our tastings explore different territories, indigenous grape varieties, producers and winemaking philosophies, from traditional artisanal wines to organic, biodynamic and natural wines.
Pair your wines with our carefully selected artisanal Italian and French cheeses and cured meats, chosen from producers who share our passion for craftsmanship, quality and tradition.
